FRANKLIN, Tenn., February 9, 2023 – SageSpring Wealth Partners announced the recent promotion of three team members to leadership positions. Since its transition from Southwestern Investment Group to an independent firm last year, SageSpring has seen significant growth and success, prompting its leadership team to recognize and promote deserving staff. The three promotions have been awarded to Sarah Esposito, Brian Harding, and Chris Warner.
Sarah Esposito, formerly the Marketing and Business Development Associate, steps into the role of Director of Advisor Business Development. “I’ve been so impressed with how much Sarah truly cares for everyone in this organization,” said Mark Deering, SageSpring’s Senior Executive VP. “Nobody works [as] effortlessly to support the culture we’ve built here and ensure the pathway is clear for our advisors to successfully grow their businesses.”
SageSpring’s former Controller, Brian Harding, moves into the role of Chief Finance Officer (CFO). “What Brian is tasked with is no small undertaking, but I trust him completely to manage SageSpring’s financial health while prioritizing our employees’ and our clients’ wellbeing,” said Jeff Dobyns, SageSpring’s CEO. “I am excited to see how Brian’s stewardship of our growth expands in this new role.”
Chris Warner, SageSpring’s former Director of Human Resources, is now the Chief People Officer (CPO). “In addition to finding talent and being solutions-oriented, the CPO needs to build and maintain our company culture and create a rewarding work environment for our employees,” said Mr. Dobyns. “Chris has proven his abilities in these areas and I’m excited to see him step into new leadership.”
In addition to offering them each his congratulations, SageSpring’s CEO Jeff Dobyns expressed his eagerness for them to enter this new chapter with the organization. “One of our values as a company is supporting our employees, and we will continue to champion them as we evolve,” said Mr. Dobyns. “Sarah, Brian, and Chris are invaluable to us, and we couldn’t be more excited about what the future holds for them–and everyone they’ll influence–at SageSpring.”
